United Kingdom, Jan. 22 -- Apple is reportedly developing a wearable AI pin.

According to The Information, the device is said to be in the early stages of development and could still be cancelled, but it signals Apple's growing ambition to move beyond software as it reshapes its AI strategy.

The supposed AI pin would be a thin, flat, circular disc with an aluminium-and-glass exterior, slightly thicker than an AirTag.

Internally, it is said to include two cameras - one standard and one wide-angle - alongside three microphones, a speaker, and a physical button.

Wireless charging would reportedly work via a magnetic inductive system similar to the Apple Watch.
