United Kingdom, Jan. 29 -- Apple has reportedly been working with Space X and T-Mobile U.S. to add Starlink support to iPhones.
Starlink - which is a telecommunications provider owned by Elon Musk's aerospace firm - is said to have been added to the American tech titan's smartphones to provide another option to the company's internal satellite communication service.
When people are trying to contact others outside of the cellular range, the enabled device automatically attempts to hook up to SpaceX satellites.
However, it does not work when in an area where there is mobile reception.
