United Kingdom, April 4 -- Amazon has unveiled a new artificial intelligence model.

The tech giant has revealed a new AI agent that can take control of a user's web browser and perform actions on their behalf.

Called Nova Act, the AI agent is set to serve as a digital assistant and is part of a new generation of of artificial intelligence.

In a blog post, Amazon said: "We think of agents as systems that can complete tasks and act in a range of digital and physical environments on behalf of the user.
