United Kingdom, April 16 -- Amazon CEO Andy Jassy thinks generative AI will "reinvent virtually every customer experience" as it grows.

The tech giant offers million of different products to be delivered at speed to customers around the world and now the boss has explained that the utulisation of articicial intelligence will have an impact on both cusotmers and eomployees in a psitive way.
