United Kingdom, Sept. 26 -- William Shatner has reassured fans he is "perfectly fine" after being rushed to hospital.

The 94-year-old actor was reported to have been taken to a Los Angeles medical facility by paramedics on Wednesday (24.09.25) afternoon but on Thursday (25.09.25), the Star Trek legend insisted he had simply "over indulged".

William shared a photo of himself on Instagram which was captioned: "Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated."

He added: "I over indulged. I thank you all for caring but I'm perfectly fine. I keep telling you all: don't trust tabloids or AI!"
