United Kingdom, Oct. 3 -- Victoria Beckham "used clothes to become someone else" after battling years of insecurities.

The 51 year old rose to fame as part of girl group the Spice Girls in the 1990s but later stepped away from music tp launch her own self-named fashion house and Victoria has now opened up about her love of clothes in her new Netflix documentary admitting she used different styles to become someone else.

In the self-titled series, Victoria explained: "I've always wanted to do this [fashion]. Throughout my life, I've used clothes to become someone else, be the person that I always wanted to be, that maybe naturally I wasn't.
