United Kingdom, Sept. 26 -- Tim Allen has credited Charlie Kirk's widow for helping him forgive the man who killed his father.

The 72-year-old actor was just 11 years old when his dad died in a car accident involving a drunk driver in 1964 and he admitted he was so "deeply moved" by Erika Kirk's address at the memorial service for her activist husband - who was shot dead earlier this month - over the weekend, it has shifted his own feelings towards the tragedy.
