United Kingdom, Nov. 1 -- Teri Hatcher thinks it is "unfair" of famous women to "lie" about having cosmetic surgery.

The Desperate Housewives actress insisted it isn't a problem if people want to go under the knife to feel better about themselves but she called on those in the public eye to be honest about work they have had done so that others aren't concerned about having to match unrealistic expectations naturally.
