United Kingdom, Feb. 16 -- South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron has been found dead aged 24.

The star began her acting career at the age of nine, gaining international recognition for her roles in 'A Brand New Life' in 2009 and went on to perform in movies including 'The Neighbor' and ''A Girl at My Door' before appearing in Netflix series 'Bloodhounds'.

It emerged on Sunday (16.02.25) her body had been found at her residence in Seoul, South Korea, according to local police.

A friend discovered her dead and alerted authorities.

Police have stated there are no signs of foul play and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.

In May 2022, Kim was involved in a drink-driving incident in Seoul's Gangnam District.
