United Kingdom, Jan. 6 -- Sophie Turner is open to reprising her role as Sansa Stark in a Game of Thrones sequel series.

The 29-year-old actress played Sansa in all eight series of the hit fantasy show - which ran between 2011 and 2019 - and Sophie has now declared she could return if creator George RR Martin moves ahead with plans to continue the story but it would be "hard" because she was happy with the way the show ended for her character.

When asked about a return to Game of Thrones, Sophie told Thedirect.com: "Show me the money. I don't know, I think it would be hard but also amazing to come back to it.
