United Kingdom, Nov. 29 -- Shannen Doherty's estate has accused her ex-husband of failing to follow through on their divorce settlement.

The late actress filed for divorce from Kurt Iswarienko in 2023 after 11 years of marriage and signed the settlement one day before she died in July 2024 but attorneys for her estate have now filed a petition against Iswarienko, claiming he has not abided by the terms of the legal agreement.

In a new filing obtained by PEOPLE, Shannon's legal team and Christopher Cortazzo, trustee of the Shannen Doherty Family Trust, alleged that her ex-husband failed to comply with several "monetary obligations" from the divorce settlement.
