United Kingdom, Dec. 4 -- Scott Wolf has dropped his restraining order against his estranged wife.

The Party of Five actor split from Kelley Wolf in June after 21 years of marriage, and a few weeks later, he applied for a restraining order against the 49-year-old star, but on Wednesday (03.12.25), a court in Utah granted his oral request to dismiss the amended temporary protective order.

According to People magazine, the case was then dismissed and protective orders issued have been declared null and void.

Scott had previously accused his estranged wife of making "deeply disturbing and entirely" false allegations against him.
