United Kingdom, Feb. 15 -- Renee Zellweger was convinced she was "going to die" when she attempted rollerblading for the first time.
The 'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy' actress was asked to audition for a beer commercial in the very early days of her career and her lack of experience on wheels didn't put her off - but her missing skills almost sparked a disaster.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "When I was asked to audition for a beer commercial when I was in college, they were like, 'So, can you rollerblade?' I figured, 'How hard can it be? You just move the wheels around.'
"So I rented some rollerblades, gave it a shot, thought, 'I'm definitely going to die' and went to the audition.
