United Kingdom, Dec. 16 -- Rebel Wilson finds being a working mom "really, really tricky".

The 45-year-old actress - who has Royce, three, with pregnant wife Ramona Agruma - advised her Pitch Perfect 2 co-star Hailee Steinfeld to enlist the services of a nanny for the early days when she and husband Josh Allen welcome their first child into the world next year to help them all adjust to new routines.

Asked if she had advice for Hailee after she recently announced her pregnancy, Rebel told People magazine: "Hailee's so talented and you know, watching that romance... it's incredible for them.

"It is hard because she's got an amazing career as an actress, so I'm sure she'll be a working mom as well. And it is really, really tricky.
