United Kingdom, Oct. 2 -- Raymond Cruz won't be prosecuted after being arrested for misdemeanour battery last month.

The 60-year-old actor - who is best known for his portrayal of drug lord Tuco Salamanca in AMC drama Breaking Bad - was detained by officers on 8 September after allegedly spraying someone with a garden hose while washing his car at his Los Angeles home.

But now, a spokesperson for the LA City Attorney's Office has confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that they have declined to prosecute after reviewing the matter, but no further details were given.
