United Kingdom, Dec. 24 -- Pixie Lott has urged new parents not to put too much "pressure" on themselves to have a "perfect" Christmas.

The 34-year-old singer and her husband, Oliver Cheshire, welcomed their second son - a brother for two-year-old Albert - into the world in October and she thinks it is vital to remember what is particularly important about the festive season in order to avoid too much stress.

She told BANG Showbiz: "I don't think you should put too much pressure on it to be the perfect Christmas. That's when it all goes a bit wrong because you never know when it can happen. A lot of pressure goes on Christmas.
