United Kingdom, March 3 -- Peter Andre wishes he could "eliminate" the issue of celebrity stalking.

The 52-year-old pop star had heard of some recent incidents of fellow famous faces being followed relentlessly but insisted that the problem has been going on "for years" and he wants to find a way to stop it, especially in the age of social media.

Writing in his OK! Magazine column, he said: "Following the news that a man has admitted to stalking 'Strictly' judge Shirley Ballas, I've seen a lot of stories about stalking- with tennis player Emma Raducanu also having an unpleasant incident.
