United Kingdom, Dec. 9 -- Pamela Anderson enjoyed an "intimate" romance with Liam Neeson.

The pair were linked romantically earlier this year after starring together in the movie The Naked Gun and the Baywatch icon has confirmed that they did date for "short while" once filming was finished.

Pamela told People magazine: "If you must know, Liam and I were romantically involved for a short while but only after we finished filming."

The 58-year-old star detailed how she and Liam, 73, enjoyed an "intimate week" together at the Taken actor's home in New York.

She said: "I had my own room. Our assistants both came; even family stopped by."
