United Kingdom, Sept. 13 -- Malcolm-Jamal Warner's widow has finally publicly confirmed her identity.

The late Cosby Show actor, 54, died on 20 July 2025 after being swept into a strong current while swimming on holiday with his eight-year-old daughter.

He was pulled from the water but could not be revived, and police confirmed the cause of death as asphyxiation by submersion.

His widow has now identified herself as Tenisha Warner after years of keeping herself out of the spotlight - and announced the creation of two child-focused good causes in her late husband's memory.
