United Kingdom, Feb. 26 -- Liam Payne's blood alcohol level was three times the US legal driving limit at the time of his death.
The former One Direction star passed away in October after plunging from a hotel balcony in Argentina and now a new statement issued by the by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office No. 14 has revealed a toxicology test determined Liam's blood had high levels of alcohol which would have left him severely impaired.
The statement read: "The autopsy revealed that the death was caused by multiple trauma and internal and external bleeding. It was also determined that the musician had alcohol concentrations of up to 2.7 grams per liter in blood at the time of death, plus cocaine metabolites, meth...
