Rocky Thirteen Barker was hailed "sucha special soul" by his Blink-182 rocker dad.

Alongside a snap of the toddler donning a Famous Stars and Straps-branded tank top - his father's alternative fashion store - with "13" on it and a backwards baseball cap, he wrote on Instagram: "Happy Birthday my Rocky 13 [black heart emoji].

"You'resuch a special soul, and you make every day brighter. I love you. No one's cooler."

His Poosh foundermom commented with a puppy dog emoji.

Rocky's aunt, Khloe Kardashian, commented: "Happy birthday to the cutest!!!!! Rocky!!!!!!!"
