United Kingdom, Dec. 29 -- Kim Kardashian has been criticised by PETA for buying her children a puppy each for Christmas.

The Kardashians star bought four Pomeranians over the holidays so she could give one to each of her four children North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, six, who she shares with ex-husband Kanye West, while her sister Khloe Kardashian also purchased a black Labrador from a breeder as a present for her kids True, seven, and Tatum, three - but it's sparked a backlash from the animal rights charity who insisted the sisters should adopt not shop for animals.
