United Kingdom, Dec. 16 -- Kerry Katona and her boyfriend are planning to donate toys over the festive season.

The former Atomic Kitten singer and her partner Paolo Margaglione - who she met on E4's Celebs Go Dating earlier this year - want to give back to "people in need" over around Christmastime.

She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "Paolo and I are planning to buy some toys and deliver them where we can. I'm in a very fortunate situation but it hasn't always been that way.

"[My daughter] DJ and I were listening to Heart Radio recently and they had a little girl on who was really poorly. These things remind you to stay humble."

The AGe-year-old star reflected on her own Christmases as a child when she grew up with "nothing"....
