United Kingdom, Jan. 11 -- Kelly Clarkson has shared an update on how her children are coping following the death of their father.

Kelly's former husband Brandon Blackstock died in August after a secret battle with cancer and Kelly admitted that their kids, River, 11 and Remy, nine, have gone through "a lot" in recent times.

When asked by a fan during a YouTube Q A on the official Kelly Clarkson Show channel to share one thing she does every day that brings her joy, Kelly replied: "Snuggle. My kids, they're nine and 11.
