United Kingdom, March 29 -- Katie Thurston's cancer has spread to her liver.

The 34-year-old star revealed in February that she'd been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer but after she received the news on Friday (28.03.25) that the disease has spread, it has now been classified as "scary" stage 4.

She said in a video shared to Instagram: "After days of waiting, unfortunately, I did find out today that my breast cancer has spread to the liver.

"It is fairly small, however it does put me at stage four."

The former 'Bachelorette' star will begin a "new treatment plan", including chemotherapy, from 4 April.
