United Kingdom, May 4 -- Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith are locked in a legal battle about their daughter's school.

The former couple - who split in October 2023 after almost four years of marriage - have agreed a divorce settlement after working with a mediator to create a temporary schedule for the 50-50 custody of their five-year-old daughter Juno, but they are unable to agree on where the youngster will be educated.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Jodie wants a judge to force the 'Dr. Odyssey' actor to abide by a court order giving her the power to choose Juno's elementary school.
