United Kingdom, Feb. 21 -- John Lydon has lost "about 50 per cent" of himself following the death of his wife.
The Public Image Ltd frontman's beloved spouse Nora Forster died in April 2023 following a long battle with Alzheimer's is preparing to go out on tour in May and he admitted he is worried about being able to get through performing 'Hawaii', the group's 2023 track which paid tribute to his wife.
He told NME of the song: "Forgive me if I can't get through it. I think you would understand.
"This is so deep a pain, it's very, very hard to get over. Definitely I've lost about 50 per cent of myself there. You can't replace it. It's like a hollowness."
