United Kingdom, Jan. 26 -- Jim Curtis has revealed that he and Jennifer Aniston "took a long time" to start their relationship.

The Friends actress, 56, went Instagram official with the hypnotherapist in November and he has explained that the pair were "introduced by friends" and took a while before realising their connection was romantic.

Speaking on Today on Monday (26.01.26) to promote his new book The Book of Possibility, Jim said: "We were just introduced by friends. That's it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.

"It took a long time, we chatted for a long time and we became close."

Jim, 50, revealed that he and Jennifer have been dating for almost a year.
