United Kingdom, March 8 -- Jesy Nelson is undergoing an emergency procedure to save her unborn twins.

The 33-year-old pop star recently revealed that she's been diagnosed with pre-twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome - a potentially fatal condition which sees abnormal blood vessel connections form in the placenta, preventing blood flowing evenly between the babies - and Jesy has now taken to social media to confirm that she needs to undergo an emergency procedure.
