United Kingdom, Dec. 6 -- Jessie J admits there is a chance that her cancer could return.

The 37-year-old singer underwent a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer in June but accepts that she isn't completely in the clear.

Jessie told ABC News: "I've been really lucky, super lucky, to find it so early.

"It wasn't invasive, thank god. I know there's a chance it could come back but until then we're living life."
