United Kingdom, Sept. 27 -- Jennifer Lawrence says what's happening in Gaza is "no less than a genocide".

The 35-year-old actress was questioned about the ongoing conflict in Palestine, where more than 65,000 people have been killed and 160,000 injured by Israeli forces, and said she is "terrified" for the children involved.

Speaking at the San Sebastian Film Festival press conference, she said: "I'm terrified and it's mortifying. What's happening is no less than a genocide and it's unacceptable. I'm terrified for my children, for all of our children."
