United Kingdom, Feb. 10 -- Jake Paul was reduced to tears as his fiancee Jutta Leerdam broke a world record at the Winter Olympics, which he described as "one of the most important sporting moments ever".

The 29-year-old boxer got emotional as his Dutch speed skater significant other clinched gold with a time of 1:12.31 in the women's 1,000 metres event at the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics.

Following his wife-to-be's historic victory, Jake wrote on X: "we just witnessed one of the most important sporting moments ever. the doc will tell. words cant describe how proud of you i am. (sic)"

Jake - who popped the question in March 2025 - also shared a video of the moment Leerdam clinched gold, in which he was overcome with emotion.
