United Kingdom, Dec. 2 -- Hugh Jackman "became a better actor" working with Kate Hudson on Song Sung Blue.
The pair star in the acclaimed new movie as couple Mike and Claire Sardina - who performed as the Neil Diamond tribute act Lightning and Thunder - and The Greatest Showman actor learnt lessons from his co-star despite his vast experience on both stage and screen.
Hugh, 57, told People at the Gotham Awards in New York City on Monday (01.12.25): "I learned a lot from Kate. I learned about acting on film, actually. I've done almost 50 films, but, somehow, working with Kate - it's a very difficult thing to describe but the mixture of being prepared and just being instinctive is a really fine line and no one does it better than Kate Hud...
