United Kingdom, April 7 -- Hilaria Baldwin has spoken candidly about undergoing a breast lift following the birth of her seventh child.

Explaining it was a way to "make (herself) feel OK", the 41-year-old yoga instructor made the revelation during the latest episode of the family's TLC reality series, 'The Baldwins'.

Hilaria, who has been married to actor Alec Baldwin, 67, since 2012, shares seven children with him - Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, Maria Lucia, 4, and Ilaria, 2.

Alec is also father to Ireland Baldwin, 29, from his previous marriage to actor Kim Basinger, 70.
