United Kingdom, Feb. 6 -- Gordon Ramsay says the family feud involving son-in-law Adam Peaty's relatives is "upsetting" and "self-inflicted from their side".

Adam's sister was the only member of his immediate family who attended his wedding to Gordon and Tana Ramsay's daughter Holly Ramsay Peaty in December but Hells Kitchen star Gordon, 59, has insisted his family and Adam have done nothing wrong.

He told the Daily Mail: "It's just upsetting. It's all self-inflicted from their side, because we've done nothing - none of what you've read: no rudeness, no ignorance - we welcomed them.

"We sent a chauffeur-driven car for them to come to the engagement party and treated them like royalty.

"So to get that barrage of press was very hurtful....
