United Kingdom, Nov. 17 -- Glenn Close has insisted her new drama series All's Fair is "pretty f***ing good" - despite a barrage of negative reviews.

The 78-year-old actress has shot to the defence of the Hulu legal drama - in which she stars opposite Kim Kardashian, Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts and Teyana Taylor - insisting the series is "juicy and outrageous at times and touching".

She told The Guardian newspaper: "I swear to God, I've seen all nine episodes and it's pretty f***ing good.

"It is what it is: it's juicy and outrageous at times and touching."

Kim's acting has also been blasted by some, but Glenn insisted the 45-year-old star was "lovely" to work with and is "very smart".
