United Kingdom, Dec. 19 -- Erika Jayne claims her estranged husband Tom Girardi is yet to divorce her because he is "incompetent".

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, initially filed for divorce from Tom, 86, in November 2020, and the pair were later sued for embezzlement.

It was later found Erika didn't participate in "any wrongdoing", but Girardi was sentenced to seven years in federal prison in June.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live this week, Erika was asked by a fan why she "hadn't filed for divorce", but she clarified: "Oh, I have! You guys have got it so wrong.
