United Kingdom, Feb. 19 -- Brandi Glanville has finally discovered the cause of the facial disfiguration which aged her "20 years overnight".

The 53-year-old spent more than $130,000 on medical bills as she attempted to track down a diagnosis with doctors explaining her issues were being caused by a parasite - and Brandi has now revealed it all stemmed from ruptured breast implants because leaking silicone clogged her lymph nodes and led to the infection.

She told TMZ.com: "I definitely had a parasite, I was shocked because I've had [my implants] for 20 years - almost. They looked fine, they felt fine, the mammogram said they were fine, it wasn't until I had a sonogram.

"I was just feeling like maybe you should check that too, why not?...
