United Kingdom, Feb. 16 -- The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has reportedly implemented heightened security measures for this year's ceremony.
Bosses are said to have made the move for the ceremony at London's Royal Festival Hall on Sunday (16.02.25) following a stage invasion during the 2024 event.
It saw a social media prankster infiltrate the stage during the 'Oppenheimer' team's acceptance of the Best Film award.
The individual stood behind actor Cillian Murphy, 48, and director Christopher Nolan, 54, as producer Emma Thomas, 53, delivered her speech.
