United Kingdom, May 7 -- Katie Thurston is now in a "medically induced menopause" amid her cancer battle.

The 34-year-old reality star announced in February she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and the following month, she revealed it had been categorised as stage 4 after spots were also found on her liver, but now she is struggling to even sleep or drink water after being forced forced to lose her reproductive functions.

She wrote on Instagram: "I slept like s*** because I'm now in medically induced menopause, which means I get hot flashes. My medicine makes me so dehydrated. My lips have been chapped for what feels like two weeks straight.
