United Kingdom, Jan. 30 -- Anthony Joshua understands his "duty" after losing two of his close friends in a recent car crash.
The former world heavyweight champion was in the car when Sina Ghami and Latif 'Latz' Ayodele lost their lives in Lagos, Nigeria, in December, and Joshua has now taken to social media to pay tribute to his friends.
The 36-year-old sports star said in a video message: "We had so many plans to wrap up 2025, and we were on a mission . We went back home, went to see our families, and everything just got flipped upside on its head."
The Olympic gold medallist admitted that it's been "tough" to cope with losing two of his closest friends.
