United Kingdom, Aug. 27 -- Angus Cloud's family felt powerless to stop his death.

The Euphoria actor tragically died aged 25 in 2023 after an accidental overdose and his uncle Kevin Cloud has recalled how his nephew was increasingly gripped by addiction in the weeks leading up to his passing.

Speaking in the new documentary Fame and Fentanyl, Kevin said: "Those last few weeks he probably OD'd at least three or four times. He was gonna keep abusing opioids until he died."

Cloud's uncle has recalled how the actor's mother struggled to sleep at night because she had to keep checking that he was still alive but Kevin feels that she couldn't stop the sadly inevitable ending.
