United Kingdom, July 11 -- Lily Allen "hasn't got the time" to have surgery on an injured shoulder.

The 40-year-old singer damaged her rotator cuff - a group of muscles which help with movement and stability - when she went snowboarding, and though it has affected her ability to play her favourite sports, she insisted she is too busy to take time out from her schedule to have an operation .

Lily told her pal, radio personality Miquita Oliver, 41, on the latest episode of their Miss Me? podcast: "I have got a bad rotator cuff. That's happened. That's been like that for a long time.

"Since I last went snowboarding, my rotator cuff has been a bit up. That's why I can't really play tennis or any of those other sports that I really miss." ...
