United Kingdom, Nov. 14 -- Red Dead Redemption looks set for a modern-console return, after a new ESRB rating surfaced listing the game for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The filing - rated M for Mature - strongly suggests a remaster or enhanced re-release of Rockstar Games' 2010 cowboy-adventure game is in the works.

The filing also suggests the game will include the fan-favourite Undead Nightmare expansion, which is explicitly referenced via the rating's mention of "zombies".

While Rockstar has yet to formally announce the project, the timing aligns with industry expectations.
