United Kingdom, Jan. 26 -- Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct presentation focused entirely on Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream.

The broadcast will air on January 29, 2026 at 6am PT, 9am ET, and 2pm UK time, and is expected to run for around 20 minutes.

It follows closely after a recent movie-focused Nintendo Direct and marks a clear shift back to games, with this being the first time the Tomodachi Life franchise has received a dedicated showcase of its own.

Living the Dream is the third entry in the Tomodachi Life sim series, which tasks players with managing a chaotic island community populated by Mii characters based on friends, family, and celebrities.
