United Kingdom, Nov. 7 -- Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra has been delayed again, pushing its release beyond the "early 2026" window previously announced.

The highly-anticipated superhero adventure title from Skydance Games and Uncharted creator Amy Hennig had been due to release at some point early next year, but the studio has now confirmed the team needs more time to meet its creative and technical ambitions.

In a statement posted to social media, Skydance said: "Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is an ambitious project, and we are committed to ensuring it meets the level of quality that our team, players, and fans expect.

"To fully realise our vision, we've made the decision to shift our release window beyond early 2026."
