Kenya, May 13 -- Leaked videos that supposedly show Kenyan socialite Chebet Pinkie are now trending online. Notorious Instagram model Chebet Pinkie leaked videos after hosting an adult-only party, now uniting Kenyans.
Videos are trending on adult Telegram channels, including City Digest and Nairobi Leaks, among others.
They reportedly show explicit content and remind people of a scandal in 2019 when Chebet Pinkie faced criticism for allegedly selling nude videos online.
Back then, she changed her name to Maimuna Pinkie and removed her Telegram channel, which had over 1,000 members, after young people in Eldoret condemned her for harming the reputation of Kalenjin youth.
The recent leaks have sparked more interest online, with some users exaggerating the situation.
In 2019, Chebet Pinkie also hosted an adult party in Thika on a weekend. A flier that circulated said it was the second edition of the event, where men had to pay Sh1,500 to attend.
This situation follows her earlier struggles with public judgement, including a 2018 incident where she was criticised for her provocative posts on social media to gain attention.
