
Kenya, July 30 -- I don't even know when it began. Maybe it started after I had my baby. Maybe it was the moment I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize my own body. Or maybe it was when my husband stopped touching me like he used to. My name is Sarah. I am a wife, a mother, and a woman who almost lost everything, not because I did something wrong, but because my body changed after giving birth.
