Kenya, March 5 -- Wanja Nyarari, a well-known socialite, is causing a stir in politics due to rumours of her affair with Deputy President Kithure Kindiki.
Many Kenyans are upset as they question her influence and access to powerful people because of her luxurious lifestyle, which includes travelling on private jets and showing off large amounts of money.
This new scandal involves Wanja, who is a divorced mother of three. She was once married to Harrison Kinyanjui in Gatundu and became famous as a host on a TV show called Nyarari, earning her the nickname Wanja Nyarari. However, people are more interested in her current life than in her past.
The rumours about an affair with DP Kindiki grew when she posted a picture of herself on a private jet.
People noticed that the blue seats in her photo looked the same as those in a jet used by the Deputy President on his recent trip to Namibia.
To add to the suspicions, Wanja shared that she was also in Namibia during the same time as Kindiki.
Things got even more dramatic when Wanja said she was questioned by Namibian authorities because she was allegedly carrying a lot of money in a safe.
A video that is being shared online shows her showing off piles of dollars, raising concerns about how she got her money.
