Kenya, Aug. 4 -- A strange and bad smell filled an office building on Riverside Drive. The smell was so strong that many workers had to leave the building. The bad odour came from an executive suite on the fourth floor that had been locked for several days. Workers said the smell started to appear slowly on Friday and got much worse by Monday morning.
"We thought something had died in the air vents. But it was too strong and very strange," said Miriam Achieng, a receptionist on the third floor. Cleaning staff tried to figure out where the smell was coming from, but the room was locked and no one answered when they knocked or called. The building management had to be called to unlock the door.
When they opened the door, a strong wave of the bad smell came out, making several people nearby feel sick and cover their noses. Inside the room, it was empty. There was no food, dead animal, or body to explain the smell. To read more click here.
